It has a small white scuff on the upper horn and a handful of tiny nicks on the edge of the headstock. The action on the bass is set moderately, not terribly low but doesn't require a lot of energy to play. It also comes with a very heavy duty Gator hard shell case with a handful of stickers on it.

So far I'm liking this product. For the model X, you can use it on either side of the screen. As well, it holds on very well on the screen. Very good build quality and design. Fits perfectly to the screen. Very strong magnetic fit. But can cause scratches to your case if tth case is a hard plastic material.
