These are supplied as a 2 part system the base with riser and the 4 way Top Fixture. This method facilitates the installation of the riser flashing without interference of the top fixture. My pomsky will destroy a toy in minutes. Ropes, and the "indestructible" nylon type stuffs are no match for my furry shark. This ball has stood up to him like David.
