This new 52' 6" interior length design was in response to the newly allowed increase in Gross Rail Loading (GRL) to 286,000 lbs (up from 263,000 lbs). This allowed an increase of the inside height from the previously standard 5'0" to a new standard of 5'6", giving it a 2,743 cubic foot capacity. Did not fit right out of box. Had to trim with scissors.

Good value. A little flimsy but pretty much what I expected. My only real complaint is that out of the box it did not drop right in to my Honda Odyssey. I had to trim the tabs on one end with scissors for it to fit in to the filter housing.

Good product, easy to install, but make sure to locate the direction arrow for proper installation. This one didn't have a very clear arrow but figured it out quickly and the install was done in seconds. I recommend this product.

Comparable item dealers provide, but if you can DIY, you’ll save $40-50 bucks installation. Helpful hint, before installing, take a market and put the date and mileage of the end of the filter. Unless you drive a lot, the filters generally last a year.
