Shipping was fast. The only downside is the pump—it was difficult to open and required turning it counterclockwise, then clockwise, which was more effort than it should have been. There are parts of my body that I have to avoid with the cream because I do have eczema, but this is something I have grown up with and I am used to. I have purchased the cream twice, and unfortunately, the second time I bought it the pump top came a little bit destroyed (shown in photo). The product is still fully functional and will not determine from buying this again in the future!
