Shipping was fast. The only downside is the pump—it was difficult to open and required turning it counterclockwise, then clockwise, which was more effort than it should have been. I have purchased the cream twice, and unfortunately, the second time I bought it the pump top came a little bit destroyed (shown in photo). The product is still fully functional and will not determine from buying this again in the future!
